We have an ongoing commitment to improving our service and receiving feedback from our customers is an important part of ensuring that our high quality is maintained. In many instances, the first point of contact with Gym Jams will be at the sign-in reception with a member of staff. If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, you can contact Jon Pick, who has overall responsibility for customer services at Gym Jams.
